I was slightly apprehensive before using that it would hurt somewhat but I really needn't have worried! It is extremely gentle and doesn't hurt or snag hairs at all! You actually barely feel it! I'm very impressed with the trimmers ergonomics. It fits in your hand so perfectly which makes for a better, closer precision - the sleek and compact design; means I can take it with me anywhere. The razor is sharp and it trims even at curves very closely. It super easy to clean as well. Not much to it, the instructions are very easy to follow. I think as a trimmer its a good product and I'll surely recommend it.
