The massaging rollers attachment removes the pain sensation and the shaver head can be used on the very sensitive areas. I found the incorporated light very useful because it gives a good visibility and small hairs cannot be missed. Another aspect I love about it is the fact that can remove small hairs and I don't need to wait to much between my hair removal sessions. It is easy to clean and has a nice design. [Review from Braun UK: English Review] I was looking forward to having a new epilator as I've had my old one a while and it doesn't seem to be so effective anymore. Getting into the box wasn't easy and the first thing I realised was that the Braun Silk-épil 3 epilator came with a two point plug. I don't have a shaver socket in my bathroom, so I had to buy a new adaptor so I could use it. Very disappointing. Insude the box were also the shaver/trimmer head and a large instruction booklet--only a few pages in each language, so it seem a bit wasteful on paper. The epilator was comfortable to hold, but so noisy. I was really surprised at how loud it was, having used an epilator before. The light as bright and helped to highlight hairs I had missed. The overall result was good and having the added trimmer/shaver head is useful as you don't have to buy separate items for these functions. It would have been useful to include a bag to keep everything together. I liked th result, but the noise and having to buy a separate adaptor would put me off recommending this to a friend.

[Review from Braun UK: English Review] I've used my old epilator for years it's a silk epil soft touch. I had high hopes for this new one. However apart from the light which was helpful it wasn't much different if anything I felt it was less powerful and I still had hairs left. It also came with a 2 pin plug unlike my old one so you need a UK adapter. I had a look at the price of this and I'm not sure it's worth that it doesn't perform as well as I'd hoped. Trimmer works well though you need to be careful as it doesn't just trim it cuts low even with the guard. Also I wished it had a storage pouch so you didn't need to keep it in the box. Obviously for a free item I'm pleased but I'm a little disappointed in it at the same time. If I was to buy one I would research all the options first I think you get what you pay for.

[Review from Braun UK: English Review] This epilator is great for first timers. The epilator comes in a pink colour and is easy to hold with a rubber feel to avoid slipping. The cord is nice and long and charging easy. It is probably best to complete the epilation process after bathing or showering and finish with a nice moisturiser. There is a light built in so you can see areas that may sometimes be missed which is good. The box includes different heads for different areas and allows you to control the speed or strength at ease. It's best to start on a lower speed and build up. The process may be uncomfortable at first, however if you carry on the area naturally begins to numb and it becomes much more pleasant.

I've always been one to wax or using a epilator but loved the fact this comes with a shaver for sensitive areas and a massage cap to help with the pain level! It Pulled out fine and small hairs which is the main thing I like only flaw is it Doesn't come with a English plug though (but fits in bathroom plugs)

[Review from Braun UK: English Review] Great product for me so far. Built in light so you can see even the shortest hair,massage cap so you hardly feel the pain,and the shaver cap it's just easy peasy to use.One minus is that it isn't cordless,but otherwise highly recommended.
