I am pleasantly surprised, the epilator pulls short hair and instead of pain I feel tickling. It is very important that I had no red bumps or such after I was done.The light, which I thought was a silly option, is actually very helpful. I think this epilator will stay with me for long.

[Review from Braun UK: English Review] I was a bit dubious about having an epilator due to hearing horror stories of excruciating pain from my mom who had one when they first started production :) many many year ago!! Well what a pleasant surprise, it's small, neat and very user friendly. All you need to do is plug it in, decide which head is suitable (3 heads are explained inside the box) and away you go. My first experience was a good one, it's not totally painless but nothing compared to what I was expecting, the hairs are pulled out from the root so growth is not as quick to come back as shaving. The epilator also has a handy little light so you can see in finer detail what area you are epilating. The only downfall to this is that you need to be near a a power socket as it's run but a power code and not rechargeable but don't let this put you off! The areas you can cover are: armpits, arms, bikini, thighs and legs. I would recommend to people wanting to start out epilating or someone looking for a good reliable all rounder :) You will need an adapter to plug it in as it is an European plug and it comes with no bag to store it In. [Review from Braun UK: English Review] This is a very good epilator. I can say one of best ones I've had. The massaging top part really helps to reduce the pain. There is a built in light as well which help you to see the area you have to focus on better ( what a great idea! ) There is also a part which is design for trimming which works just fine if you want shorter hair. The down side is that you can't take it off so the hair have to be a little bit longer than usually.

[Review from Braun UK: English Review] This may lead to me ditching my razor. When it arrived i was impressed with the packaging and design. The bright colour was fun. My previous experience epilating was of me squirming in pain and giving up and shaving after only managing my bikini area. This had extra things like the massaging head that made it a nicer experince. I will not lie and say it was a pleasure as it wasnt maybe a 6 out of 10 on the pain scale. I would happily reccomend this to a friend. The only negative i would say is i need an adaptor as i do not have the a 2 pin shaver charger in my home
