3[Review from Braun UK: English Review] I tested the epilator and below is my review. The epilator has its pros and cons. The first shave hurts, but after another shave I don't feel pain. Depilates unevenly, unfortunately, what is associated with frequent shavin. The massage pad helps to reduce pain. It takes some time to shave. Sometimes you have to do several times. The epilator rips the hairs together with the root. However, it has better shaving effect, than a regular clipper or wax. Another disadvantage equipment, works very loud. The epilator is very comfortable to hold I your hand. It has a nice shape. Looks elegant and delicate. It's solidly made. Advantages:- easy to use- compact- lightDisadvantages:- don't shave evenly- works loud

A great little epilator
4[Review from Braun UK: English Review] I've tried most hair removal techniques in my time - waxing, shaving, threading and depilatory cream - and highly recommend this epilator for maintaining beautifully smooth legs. The first time I used it, it took ages and there was a degree of discomfort, but I think this is to be expected with any type of hair removal from the root. Subsequent uses have been significantly less painful, in part because far less epilation is needed after that first time. I particularly like the light on the epilator, which makes it easy to see stray hairs. I've found that sometimes the epilator has to be used in a variety of directions in order to remove a hair - my guess is that this is related to the direction of hair growth.The epilator also comes with a shaving attachment, which works brilliantly at reducing hair length, though I wouldn't recommend it for a close shave. I waved the epilator in the direction of my armpits, but as they are more sensitive than legs, it was more painful and I decided to stick with my trusty razor for that area!The epilator itself is a vibrant raspberry colour and is very comfortable to hold and use. It does get hot if used for a prolonged period, and it is a two-pin plug, so an adaptor is needed. I would definitely recommend the epilator to a novice user for leg hair removal.

5[Review from Braun UK: English Review] I am giving fife stars,because in my opinion this product do not have any disadvantages.i am totally happy with using Epilator braun.since few years regulary I am shaving my legs.My old epilator gave me pain and bad feeling.When i used epilator Braun for the first time it was big shock for me..no pain,easy in use and good looking.Also,it was no pain with bikini area;)amazing!No pain in depilation urged me to try the armpits,however,I do not have this place accustomed to epilation ,so the pain was horrible..that's why I will stay with the traditional method.Overall Epilator Braun is light and handy...I honestly recommend

4[Review from Braun UK: English Review] The silk epil 3 is both a shaver and a epilator. It has a light to guide. The epilator is two setting gentle and quick. I would recommend using the second setting as it is painful on both settings so the second one just get it over quickly. I have only used it once so far and it left my my skin quite red and a little itchy will carry on using as I read the you use it the less it effects you. Would recommend but maybe not if you have sensitive skin.

4[Review from Braun UK: English Review] I would highly recommend this product to friends and family! It was my first time using the braun silk epil 3 and I was slightly dubious after hearing horror stories about how painful it was, but actually the experience was totally fine, it wasn't too painful at all and I'm really happy with the results! It's a great little device that fits perfectly in your hand and all the attatchements are easy to use! I found the light really handy also, as my hair is very light, so it made it easier to see so that I didn't miss any patches. The only downfall to this product is that you need a travel adapter to use in 3 pin plug socket as it only has 2 pins, I also feel the product would be better if it was cordless as you are restricted slightly, but overall it's a great product and I'm really pleased with it!

It's ok for beginners
3[Review from Braun UK: English Review] It's ok for first time users, trimmer works really well and massaging cap is also handy to sooth the pain. It would be much easier if cordless. Good shape, not too heavy and nice girly colour. I would recommend it to the beginners but myself I would rather invest in more advance one. Overall good but not good enough.

3[Review from Braun UK: English Review] I used the epilator a few times and I can say that I'm not amazed by it but it does have its positives as well as negatives. The first time I used it, it was very painful but could hardly feel it after a couple uses. The hair removal is quite patchy which results in more frequent uses but I liked the massaging tool which reduces the pain. The process is time consuming as sometimes one hair takes a few tries to get rid of and it can sometimes be loud. However it is still better than normal razors or wax strips.

4[Review from Braun UK: English Review] Braun Silk epil 3 is a good epilator. Massage rollers are helpful with lifting hairs and easing the pain. Shaver is a little bit too wide but still easy to use. The only disadvantage is the cable it is difficult to use it anywhere you want but the cord is quite long so there is not too bad. The best for the end - light is just brilliant. I found very easy to epilate even in darker room where is a lack of day light. I would really recommend this epilator for everyone who doesn't want spend too much time on removing hair.

4[Review from Braun UK: English Review] This is my first ever epilator. Works well and is easy to use. Not too painful and grabs even hairs I thought would be too short. The light on it is really useful for finding areas you've missed. What I can say is that the overall design of the product is great, it fits in my hand well very comfortable to hold and the attachments slot in easily.Bad points it's a little noisy. The fact it has to be plugged into the mains is an inconvenience to me but may not be an issue to others.
